REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

• Return a BLOCKWATCH with malfunctioning parts, including but not limited to e-ink display, tactile buttons, and watchband, 60 days FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE for a free repair (NO QUESTIONS ASKED). We will send you the return shipping address and you will only pay for one-way of shipping. *any self-inflicted physcial damages will not be covered (cracked screen, broken circuit board etc.)* Remember this is a collectible watch, take good care.  
   

• At any point within 90 days FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, upon request, we will send you a free of charge replacement custom sized watchband.

• Our up to date code is always available on GitHub. If you are unable or unwilling to self-update, we will happily update the software for you. You will just need to pay for shipping costs.

• If you are concerned about the authenticity of your BLOCKWATCH, we can answer questions you may have using our in house mint. You have 2 options: 1. Send us the bottom 200 lines of code  2. Send in your watch free of charge. With either option we will be able to authenticate your BLOCKWATCH.
